Building on the success of our established venues, Juniper and Bourbon & Branch, we are searching for an exceptional bartender to join our new team and help us create an outstanding dining experience. 

Our new venue will offer a high-energy, casual yet sophisticated bar and dining atmosphere. We are looking for an individual with an upbeat, friendly personality who is excited to provide top-notch service and make a memorable impression on our guests.

Our venue’s prime location near MSG, Penn Station, Hudson Yards, LIRR, and numerous corporate offices, as well as Times Square, makes it a bustling hotspot. We seek enthusiastic individuals who thrive under pressure, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and can handle large groups with a smile!

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare Drinks: Craft alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

• Customer Interaction: Take orders, serve snacks and drinks, and engage with customers.

• Mix Cocktails: Create classic and innovative cocktails to exceed customer expectations.

• Bar Menu: Plan and present the bar menu.

• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

• Compliance: Ensure all beverage service complies with food and beverage regulations.

• Guest Experience: Maintain a guest-focused attitude and nurture an excellent experience.

Bartender Skills:

• Experience: Proven track record as a bartender.

• Knowledge: Expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

• Tech Savvy: Computer literacy.

• Language Skills: Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

• Attitude: Positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Organization: Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

• Certification: Relevant training certificate.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
