About Us: Our hospitality group is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new Italian restaurant this fall. 

Building on the success of our established venues, Juniper and Bourbon & Branch, we are searching for an exceptional individual to lead our new team and help us create an outstanding dining experience.

Our new venue will offer a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere with a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience. 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about the industry and ready to make an impact.

Our venue’s prime location near MSG, Penn Station, Hudson Yards, LIRR, and numerous corporate offices, as well as Times Square, makes it a bustling hotspot. 

We seek enthusiastic individuals who thrive under pressure, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Training: Inspire, motivate, and train a dynamic team. Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and food quality to ensure a top-notch dining experience.

  • Guest Relations: Maintain and build relationships with current clientele while bringing in new guests. Ensure exceptional service always.

  • Operational Excellence: Enforce policies and procedures effectively. Organize and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Knowledge Integration: Utilize your expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and food to handle ordering, menu adjustments, and seasonal changes.

  • Innovative Ideas: Bring fresh ideas for wine, beer, and spirit selections to enhance our offerings and keep our menu exciting and current.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in the bar/restaurant industry with previous management experience.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food, beer, wine, and spirits.

  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Presence: Excellent ability to manage the floor, motivate staff, and maintain a high standard of service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

  • Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
